So GREEN, even Kermit is jealous
Milne Court Petro-Canada uses a Geothermal system that utilizes the earth's energy to heat and cool the building.  This clean renewable energy burns no fossil fuels and cuts emission by up to 85% which makes it the most advanced, efficient, adaptable cost effective heating and cooling systems in the world today.  Not only does it reduce annual heating and cooling costs by up to 70% it is universally celebrated for its contribution to a cleaner, safer environment.

Why does Gram's coffee taste so great?
First and foremost, Gram's Cafe serves three "Just Us" Organic Fair Trade Coffees - Rainforest Rhapsody, French Roast and "Gram's" which is a medium blend created for "Just Us" specifically for Gram's Cafe.

Secondly, Gram's Cafe purifies its water through a reverse osmosis system, removing dissolved solids, salts, minerals that cause harness, organic chemicals and other impurities and tastes like chlorine that affect the taste of water.

With these impurities removed you are tasting the pure essence of the freshly ground coffee bean.

Raising Dough for Not-For-Profit Organizations
You've probably noticed that Gram's Cafe and Milne Court Petro-Canada isn't your average gas station.  Because Scott so strongly believes that one should "pay it forward - ALWAYS" Scott has developed a program to help Not-For-Profit organizations raise money by selling Gram's "Raising Dough" Cookie Certificates.

Recycling "Does Good" x TWO @ Milne Court
Continuing to pay-it-forward Milne Court is donating all of the money from the recyclable bottles and containers that are "deposited" at MC to the IWK Children's Hospital.  June 1, 2012, 5 months after initiating the program, Milne Court donated $252 to the IWK Telethon.

Call Me Fitz - How cool was it to have HBO Canada's half hour comedy filmed next door to Milne Court?  While Richard "Fitz" Fitzpatrick is a morally bankrupt used-car salesman -- his portrayer, Jason Priestley is as nice as they come.   While crowds gathered to watch him set up a stunt sequence through Milne Court's back parking lot, Jason graciously took time out to have his picture taken with two young fans.

"There are so many dedicated people who are in our community who are not staff members, but who demonstrate outstanding commitment to the care of women, children and youth.  The recipient of the IWK Community Award is a person or group external to the Health Centre who, by demonstrating creativity, dedication and enthusiasm, distinguishes him/herself among his/her colleagues in the achievement of the mission and vision of the IWK in a manner consistent with the Health Centre's values."
the brainchild of Milne Court's Scott Fraser, raised $14,725.94 for Breast Cancer initiatives in Nova Scotia. Our Milne Court team
checked a lot of tires before they putting 4 pink valve caps on the tires for the drivers who donated $2 to support local Breast Cancer programmes. PINK? Yes, NEON PINK.
